I Suck

I am on Survivor Sucks now.  If you see HeatherShort17 (name was taken with underscores... weird but sure).  I'm not trying to expand my readers there, but it's a good place to talk about Survivor, since most of my twitter people are Improv fans.

The list thingy I'll do some more of.  I'm thinking some of my jokes in real life, and my Whose Line episodes.  I'll get this done sometime, but I've been busy over the holidays, and I have a job.  And a 3DS.

Don't be surprise if I don't get anything done this week since life is kicking my arse.

My current Avie on Sucks.  It had to insult Coach so I though, Why not Erinn?

I might focus on Tumblr some this week.  It's a quickly little site that I can get done fast so no big on the CSB.  I've been thinking about a facebook page for the Comedy Stars, but I don't know.  I only use my personal Facebook for my really close friends to keep in touch and because my Aunt and Cousin forced it on me. So that is looking like a no.  But I said no to a Youtube account, which I did nothing with it so yeah.

Heather's Favorite Things - Survivor.

Did you know that I'm a survivor fan? I am in fact, I've been a huge fan of the show since ever. I only blew off one season (Rob and Russel can suck it.), so I've decided that for the first thing on my list is Survivor.


South Pacific, I may have missed most of it because I do not like Ozzy. I'm glad Sophie won, my family wanted Coach to win, but that guy is such a jerkarse. Edna was the only one who even spoke to him the first day after he got his arse handed to him in the challenge.


Tocantins is one of my favs. Coach is in his weirdness top form here. Erinn making fun of him and her outlasting both him and everyone on her old tribe that wanted to get rid of her. She deserves a cookie.


Fiji, Michelle in the calling challenge is all that I need to say.


Hate Russel and the weird love my mom has for him. Found Idols without clues? Gary did it first, and he is one of my favorites in Guatemala. Russel never will win, period.


One World sounds awesome. It's like the concept of fake merge( Started with Thailand, poor Shi-Ann. Still a fan of the Shi-Devil) taken up to eleven. I hope that if they do include past players, they better not glue the cameras to their faces like they've been doing, better yet, don't use them at all.

Updates and NEWS!

Merry December, sorry for the wait. I've had tests and schoolwork right and left.

So, I'm planing a "Top Ten" list for my favorite music of 2011.  For this to be fair, rules will be...

1. Has to have a music video released in 2011.

2. Artists have a limit, two per artist (This is just because I need some room for the countdown)

3. This is based off of me, I don't give a damn about your opinion on this.  This is my blog.  Get your own and make your own damn list.

I might do an overview of 2011 as well.  Kind of something you'd except from VH1. As well as some things I can't wait for in 2012 (Aside from me graduating of course).  So, hope this fixes my hiatus thing.  I might take a while to compile a list too.

It might be until I get out for Winter break.

Happy Thanksgiving.

As You guys may know, I live in the U.S. and therefore celebrate the holiday revolved around stuffing your face full of food.  However, I am still doing stuff on the internet. Me and my cat are chilling at home awaiting the moment we eat.  In the mean time I'm watching NCIS marathon. 

So... did you watch SNL last Saturday?

Unaccepted Light

Have you seen the New Florence + the Machine music video? It's epic. Like the album it is on. However, that is not what I'm going for today.

It seems like people are (once again) complaining about "Satanic" images. Okay, Voodoo dolls are okay on Scooby Doo, but Florence music video is a no-no? Cute. I here a racists thing too, but I don't see it.

Sigh, the video fits with the fact that she is struggling with her inner demons. Also the Choir boys save her from the fall (Even though she dwarfs them. Tall person.) which has symbolism too, and if it is Satanic, then someone had a really bad experience with one.

You saw that coming. It will never be put to rest, but claims that Florence has gone to far is crazy. It's a perfect video to my favorite song on the CD.

Random Fact- No Light, No Light is the first song written for Ceremonials.

Sorry I haven't been updating as much.  I had to do a lot of school stuff.  School has been kicking my arse (It's my last year).  Why are they forcing so much crap onto us?  I can not raise the crap test scores, I'm not even taking any of your tests this year!


Anyways, be sure to watch all the new comedy shows this year. I'm not :D

Shake it Out, Shake it out!

If you haven't been keeping up with my twitter, then you fail!  I got Ceremonials, and it is very epic.  Music reviews are to be done by the professionals, all I can say is that it is very epic.


Haven't been updating lately because of a large amount of homework.  Sorry about that.  But School comes first at the moment.  


So I'm getting a review for Illness up eventually, Jo Brand for the win.  However, I still have to work on stuff, so I might do it on the weekend or something.

QI Review- This one is just not fair!

Hey Everyone! Is it fair to keep you guys waiting for this?  Nope!


Inequality is the name of the game for this episode.  The first thing I thought of was Whose Line when I saw that Clive Anderson and Sandi Toksvig were both guests. (Clive was the host of the U.K. version, while Sandi was a regular in the 2 and 3 seasons)  Henning Wehn is a new face in the show, and give QI another country to work off of, as they already have the US and Denmark as well (at least!). Now they have Germany under their wing.


The XL was... longer.  It also gave me another Whose Line flashback when Sandi mentioned Mike McShane.  It's nice to know that the two still keep up with each other, as with back on Whose Line, Film and Theater Styles were awesome with the two of them.


Trivia- Stephan takes "Inequality" to new heights when he unjustly gave Alan a forfeit so early in the game!  But in the end, it didn't matter because the scores was given at the beginning! Sandi won with a -54, even though Clive had a 7.  Henning's was in German (I believe) it was a -60.  Alan's was a negative one gazillion.  
Also, even though it was mentioned, none of the questions had a nobody knows to it.  Seems a tad unfair...


Sandi- She is still my favorite. It seemed to take her a while that the scores were the introduction to the buzzers.  Stephan pretty much gave her a forfeit near the beginning when she read "The Puritan" on the statue.  However, it didn't matter because she already won.  She compared herself to a pig, and gave a reference to good ol'Mike. Won with the second best score- but who cares? It's all unfair!


Clive- I loved how he took a shot at his baldness.  Sandi may have changed a little in looks since Whose Line, but he sure didn't!  Ah, he made jokes and got a 7 in the start of the game, however, Sandi won:D.  I loved his buzzer! "Objection Me Lord!"  


Henning- New guy, went on a tangent about "The War".  He used his buzzer when Sandi "Mentioned the War".  However, very much like the German episode, it got mentioned.  Got a -60 and in third place.  We know that the scores were unfair. I would like to see him again too!


Alan-  From New guy to the regular.  The only guy I know whom can truly do a good job miming wiping a king's butt.  I see he is still a butt monkey- got the klaxon in the beginning- minus one gazillion points (is that even a number? lol) So fear not!  He gets last, so all is right with this unjust epi!


Klaxons- I lost track whom got what! Sorry my friends...


Really Quite Interesting...- The fact that the whole pilgrim story was a myth.  That was interesting to me, as well as the rule loopholes.  Very cool and informative indeed. 


Other stuff?- Lovely little episode to start my reviews again.  I never do one just the same I realize, because I had some picture in the last one.  I plan to get caught up (I saw imbroglio, invertebrates, and incomprehensible, and parts of the others.) but for now, the next one I will be doing is Illness.  The others I will get to, but I haven't had time to do.  Also, Happy Halloween! Everybody go get some candy!

As Unexpected my week had turned out for me, I'm ready to start working on my blog again.  His death still strikes a part of me that brings sadness, but I'm much better.


Thank you for waiting, and tomorrow (or Monday, depends on my ability to do homework later.) I shall post a QI review for inequality.  


Later in the week, I might do some overhaul on the blog if I can.  You see the problem is changing the background.  Because it is always a goddamn problem if my background cannot look like cheap orange soda.  *Sigh*


So expect an update... or maybe.  I shall still be recovering (He was a good friend) however, I promised that Sunday will be my returning day.

A SLIGHT break...

A recent tragic event has came into my life, a student whom I knew as one of friend's little brother, has died on Saturday.  His life was taken to soon, and I have been depressed as of the late.  I'm so sorry my friends, a heres hoping that I shall have the new QI review up on Sunday.

It's sad to go to a funeral of somebody, whom is around your age.  The funeral is on Thursday, and it shall take me some time to get back on track.

After all, you cannnot have a depressed comedian.

Some might have noticed that I support the No H8 campaign, and you should to.  Why, it's about not hating  people, including support of the gays, and you know I love my little gay posse at school;)  Even though they aren't really gay they are still my gay people:D  Well, I do know some gays, they are my friends and stuff so yeh. But still I love everyone.  Except some celebrities, truck owners, creators of "Hillbilly Handfishing", Your Mum, and people who bug me on Twitter.


Yes, you should do that.  Happy Spirit Day, I have the Purple Twibbon, but I'm wearing all red at home why?  If I have a blue Light filter, I will be completely Purple.  Purple is my favorite color its so much fun.

QI Review. Dummyed Down?

I skipped a little I know, but I wanted to see this episode for myself.  This one is "Terrible" according to Youtube watchers, and a disappointment from the guy whom uploaded the XL version.


So I saw for myself
And I have to say... Whatever.


Bill Bailey, Nina Conti, and Sean Lock certainly brought the facts on, but it was a first in the series that caused comments to slam the new panelist, why though? She is a ventriloquist.


What's the problem with that?  Well I was asking myself the same question.  I was enlightened, and I thought of her as more of an "Expert" because of the ventriloquist question that they had.  I was more surprised at the lack of forfeits.


So Worst Episode ever- Hardly, Ruined Forever- Far From it.  Nina and Gram are not the worst thing to happen to QI, so take the stick out of your bum and read this review.  Even if you leave now, your visit is still logged in my records so I don't give a damn. 


Bill Bailey- One of my favorites in this episode.  He was amazing as always, playing with the chief puppet, and his interactions with Gram.  The "pussy-hound" Argument was what sent me up in stitches. Managed to get the only forfeit in the entire episode by saying that Tim Berners-Lee was the inventor of the internet, and getting last place with -3


Alan Davis- Oh my gossness, he seemed to be on fire tonight!  Not setting off the Klaxon, and making his answers seem intelligent was great.  I believe he got only 1 point for breaking his puppet.  Is it me, or is he great at the nobody knows question? 


Sean Lock- Seemed to me to be the resident Smart-Ass and Fry annoyance. The water grenade is an example.  Just saying to was a bottle to put stuff in seemed to get on Stephan's nerves. Also had a Lady Gaga Comment.  Still, he was great and his smartassness seemed to be the reason for his 3


Nina Conti- This is her first appearance on the show.  I like her better than say Rory and that one Yankee in the G-Animals, and the ventriloquist question they had made me believe that she was on there to be an expert.  Gram seems to be the puppet she is known for, and the fact that she looks at Gram at times and wonders why she isn't saying anything would be prof that ventriloquists are allowed to be crazy. Gram gets 4 points and Nina has 5.


Overall- a great attempt at something new, but did it work?  In my eyes, it could be a lot worse, I imagined that if see didn't bring one of her puppets on the show, everyone would complain about that.  It's like going to a Jeff Dunham show and it's just him without his puppets.  You would be pissed.  So yes, stop complaining about Nina, and let us wonder why Alan is so good at the nobody knows questions....


Forfeits- Seems like Stephan tried a double bluff because Tim Berners-Lee has been mention on the show as the inventor of the world wide web, sadly for Bill, that is not the same thing as the internet...


XL- They cut out a lot of interesting facts, why eggs and bacon were popular, the only forfeit for example. It is a lot better that is for sure.



Funny pictures-  Enjoy Bill breaking the buzzer and Alan Breaking his puppet.  It seems like they cannot have anything nice on the set. (Sorry they are so bloody uneven ><)

My Last thoughts- This seemed to be a love it or hate it episode.  I think Nina should come on one last time.  It's something on should remember that what she does is very hard to do.  It didn't really work as well as other forms of comedy on a panel show, but this episode will always be very interesting (and Funny) to me.

Meh, not much of an update today, sorry folks.


Hey who else is going to get Florence + the machine's new album?  I think I'm in love with ever single track on Lungs so I'm getting it.


Okay that has nothing to do with the comedy Stars blog, lets carry on.


On thing I love about unscripted Comedy( or Improv) is the randomness of outcomes to a situation. Why did I bring this up.  Well, must of my follows on Twitter are Whose Line Fans.

My Reaction to GSN cancelling IAG

So, I shall remind you guys that I love you and everything that I will eventually get to will be so amazing!

By the way, Nov. first I shell be hunting do Ceremonials, Florence + The Machine's Sophomore Album! I shell post here and on Twitter on that day.  I shall eventually go to Walmart, and if not there, ask by the workers to leave the store to the amount of swearing!

 By they way, the one thing I loved about Eclipse, is Heavy In Your Arms By Florence + The Machine.  Also, to you Twilight fans...

The Only thing good about the series was that song.

Have I got News (And Updates) For You!^^

Hello Everyone, Sorry for the Long overdue update.


I  am still trying to find a more reliable way to watch QI (Not on the TV, I live in Oklahoma><)  Don't know when that'll be but when it does you will know.  While that project is on hold, I'm afraid that I shall spend time to update some of the things on this site.  The updates that I'm planning are more to a broad spectrum of Comedy analysis.


Again, the game review I've been meaning to do is pushed back, again.   The IAG spectrum of this blog is very small.  Again sorry.


In other news, I'm searching up some more things to blog about for tomorrow, You'll love it.  But for now, take it easy for today.


The new poll is due tomorrow, and I promise the next one will be much more interesting.

Comedy is Golden

Hey everyone, welcome to the holy Grail of funny.  Now, no one can ever say that because the world is just funny.  Everyone  who has humor can do this.  The international funny levels will never stop rising, because the world is dumbed down.  The dumber the place gets the more material comedians will have to work with.  It is the true golden rule of the comedian.  The more things you can make fun of the better.


Not everything recent is funny, there is a line but the more funny and more infamous comedians can cross that line multiple times and not worry.  Kathy Griffin and Danial Tosh are some examples.  Backlashes with comedians are commonplace. Margret Cho with her "Dancing with the Stars" thing with Bristol Palin are what comes to mind. 


With all the Comedians making us laugh, it is people like myself that keep the Funny gold standard. Those who can get a domain to have their own website are even better than mine.  You see, internet comedians have  the able resources to make things as funny as they can.  Betting the subject until it almost dies is a beautiful act of the internet comedians.


Here at the Comedy Stars Blog, (Homage to "The Comedy Store Players" in name only) I celebrate those whom find the funny and brings it into the light where it is laughed at. Comedy is golden, gold that never has a sell price, but demand goes up every year.:D

Happy 20th!

Hey this is my 20th post too:D


If you want to know why I'm so slow, because my laptop is currently sucking, and Socom 4 or whatever that my step-dad is playing is whoring up the Wifi 


So... This week.  Thursday will be... something, I won't get home from school till 6 or something, and Thursday night TV is a must. (Bones, Grey's Anatomy, and Prime Suspect FTW!) So I guess I might do a game review, I have all the screenies for one IAG game, with Jeff and Heather (Great pairing btw) but you have to fugue it out which.  


Yes I didn't do a QI review.  My bad, but this fickle piece of, equipment sure doesn't help at all.  May do one over Imbroglio (The Hell?).  And may do one of the other one.  Just wait and see ;)


Well, is that all?  I want to hurry this up so I can play Fate the Cursed King, or I can play the Complete edition of Heroes M&M III. I noticed that Luna the Elementalist (The one who appeared in I and II. Both with different hair colors, has the Fire Wall ability that made her a juggernaut) has one blue eye, and one red eye.  Cool...

Swearing with Comedy?

(I Known I'm late with this, but deal with it, QI review will be as soon as I watch it!)


People Swear.  I do it, my mother does it, every celebrity did it at one point.  Why do people use the censer if everyone says it?  Comedic value, and the fact those mother who swear in front of there children won't complain about TV teaching their kids.


I try not to swear, but it happens.  However, I do catch myself for lack of taste, because this is a somewhat tasteful blog, I shall use censored words.  Because that is me.


Whose Line US version had those nice words and more.  Hand, Stephan Hawkins, Senator Dole, and more were censers that only made it seem worse than it is.  However, it took not a  long time at all to figure out that "Penis" since it was a biology term, wasn't censored, so Ryan happy included the word in hoedowns.  All fun.


Now, the censers aren't all bad, who wants to see Survivor winner, Richard Hatch naked? Uhh, no thanks.  This I have to give those poor people who have to censer that a hug, or eyewash.


As we watch stand ups like Kathy Griffin, every third word is censored, or we catch late night stand ups on Comedy Central, we must think to ourselves, this Censers ****ing suck!  However, love it or hate it TV will always be ****ing mad! (Or ****ing German)

Hey Guys, Happy Tuesday!

Hey Websters, Heather Short here giving you some information.

So today, is the the release date of "Own The Night" by Lady A. Thank you guys for reminding me via text in the middle of my class, bugger phone was so loud.  I'll be getting my copy around the weekend or something.

Also- Found a website about iPhone autocorret typos-Reminding us that we're not the only ones with dirty minds...

Remember- This Friday- QI- International- With Bill Bailey, Jack Dee, and David Mitchell.  Will do a Review, but after I see the XL version.  Well I'll post it once it's done with the same color coding as last time, just after I see both versions.

It seems Like I need to figure out which IAG game I'll be doing an overview on. Any requests?

I Spy... With my little eye...

A Quite Interesting Review! Yes folks to fill my post count up, I'm doing reviews.  So grab a chair, as I talk about the new episode of the "I" series.  I Spy.


Alan and Stephen are joined in this epi with Sandi Toksvig, Lee Mack, and Jimmy Carr.  A wonder collection of guests so lets get this review started.


I have not seen the XL version, (I have now, and will edit in green, I believe this will show up on my background.) and I cannot wait until it gets up on Youtube.  However, I will do that later.


Lee Mack is very... funny.  His back and forth with everyone was amazing.  I can't remember if this was the first time he is on QI, but I think so. I want to see him again.  Sorry Folks for my lack of research.  This is his THIRD time on the show.  I still want more from him and three times is not enough for the guy that tried to explain why the Mona Lisa's eyes follow you.  I guess most of the he is used to people saying that no one understands him.


Sandi is a favorite of mine, she didn't have as many "Sandi" moments, but the story about the wedding that she went to... wow.  It's about a couple who took a picture next to a horse, but it had huge genitals that couldn't be cropped out.  She won with 12 points despite a forfeit.  This little fact might make sense in the XL version. She was more involved in the XL versions.  Also it did help that she brings facts to her QI appearances.  However, thanks to her I shall never look at a gravy boat the same way nor go to Africa. 


Jimmy, originally funny as always.  This guy made me laugh at all times and is easily the strongest one of the group that day.  With the XL of course, I wouldn't know how funny he was in the extended version.  After the talk about peeing during events, he need to go to the restroom, and Sandi handed him the Einstein mask.  Still very funny as always.  Also suggesting that the reason Sandi was chosen by BBC to go cannoning down a river in Africa was so that she could be thrown to the Crocodiles if need.


Alan always brings a laugh and he brought it today.  He won the "Nobody Knows" bonus, and still came in last without setting off the klaxon with -11.  That is a true butt monkey, but indeed, no one will know until the XL hits youtube. He did in fact set of the klaxon in the XL version.  More on what and why later.  


My favorite part- The Eisenstein mask optical Illusion.  The amazement of the group says it all.  The whole show can be just the mask and the reaction shots of the group, just like what Jimmy said.  I wonder if they kept watching it when they ended the filming.  They did play with it some, with Sandi suggesting that Jimmy pee in it.


My least favorite- The boys scouts book.  I don't know why.  I did love the fact that when Stephan mentions that it said "Men", the camera's did a close up on Sandi, who had no reaction.  Wonder what would happened if they ran it by Jo?  Got a little better, when Sandi said that old books would compare a married couples bedroom with food and eating it.


Who got the Klaxon?- Sandi- stated that the red lobster is dead in the picture  Lee- pronounced "Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe" wrong.  Alan- Stating that the Union Jack was flown by both sides in the English Civil War.


Funny Little Quote- (To Sandi) "They had you.  We've got a small lady from the BBC that we can use!" (Jimmy, talking about the reason Sandi's Canoe didn't have a dog to throw to the Crocs)


Overall?- This was a great epi to start off the new season.  The QI crew is ready to enlighten us.  Hope to see more of Lee and might edit this when the XL version comes up but for right now this will do.  Even better with the added in.  Noticed, that the first half was rather untouched.  Usually they try to mix it up a little but they fail to do such until General Ignorance.

Hello everyone sorry for that lack of updates.  I was at a football game to eat the food stand.

Just some info for you to hold you over because I might not get in a Thursday update I love you guys.  So this Friday is the star of QI's new season.  To bad I don't live in the UK or that would be the big news for me.  However, I shall go with working for a new season.

HIGNFY is starting a new season too.  So much fun watching Paul's ever changing face.

GSN stills shows no sign of showing more IAG episodes.  Or even acknowledging that the show exited.  What do you expect they're gits.  The Improv-A-Ganza Army still are pissed off, which is 85% of the GSN viewership.  The other 15% are Aging men who agree that the show has nothing to do with gameshows.  Whatever, that show holds no merit on my TV watching hours, as I don't get that channel.  For why pay money when I can get "The Price Is Right" for much cheaper?


Let's move on to Twitter, umm, Jackie Emerson is looking for 5,000 follows on her account and she well release her music video.  As a fellow 17 year old red head, I say go for it.  She plays Foxface in the upcoming film "The Hunger Games" Based on a book, who never really spoke, never told the main character her name, or never really killed anyone but herself.  Spoiler alert there, but too late now.  However, as I want to hear her sing, by all means follow her.  
By the way, in that book, red heads females never really got specking role in those books, one was a crafty player based on a fox, the other had her tongue cut out.  Lovely.  The way the general public views us really, either Sly or Mute.

On my Blog news, the answer is "It was the only one with the Tallest performer in WL  history, and the shortest" shame on you guys for not commenting, I have lost fate in the lot of you.  However since I promised a shoutout, it will go to Paul Merton, for guest staring in a picture in the last post.  You should watch Have I Got News For You.  Just go do it.

Now will any of you even do the trivia question?  None of this time, because I'm that Pissed off.  Short people have short tempers, so there.  Vote on the poll too, just because I moved it doesn't mean you guys should have a one second attention span.

A shout out to Kathy Kinney, for following me on Twitter, and her friend Cindy, and an admiration of those two.  Kathy you are now my favorite IAG comedian, for the moment, until it becomes Chip, or something.  He needs a twitter by the way to see how many people want him to have one.

Dismal Post for today, I don't if tomorrow will see an update, but for now this will do as a pseudo news and updates page.


So, how are you today? Still somewhat pissed with GSN, but I rather focus on CC or TBS picking up IAG.  Drew owns the show.  He can still promote the hell out of the show.  So, focus on that please.


Well, that will not take control over that today, Kathy has a new A-list Smack Down Stand up special on Bravo on Sept 20.  I assume it is a special, That also means it will be a "Kathy Griffin" day for Bravo, as all of her recent stand ups will be in a cute little marathon. 


Watching Worlds dumbest, Chelsea Peretti is my favorite because of her snarky style of comedy. Kinda like my way of comedy


I have some sparkly shoes but the way, It makes my little snarky heart swell when I wear them^^ 


Got my Adele CD, 21.  Love the songs on it^^

Whose Line- Trivia Galore!

Hey totally PARTY! people, welcome to the first ever Trivia Galore post!  This day's event is Whose Line!  That is right Party people.  A cool collection of some trivia from whose line past. (BTW, when I say or mention Kathy, I mean Kathy Greenwood unless I say so).


1. Whenever Denny is on the show.  She usually has a straw in her drink
2. Wayne is the only U.S player who has been in two different chairs on the U.S. version
3. Josie has been on the show the longest year wise. (first episode in U.K- Season 2 on U.S)
4. Props is the most played game besides the credit reading.
5. The first episodes of Ryan and Colin both have Sandi and Tony preforming
6. Jeff is only in nine episodes of Whose Line and considered a regular, despite both Kathy and Denny being in more episodes.
7. Colin, Brad, Greg, Chip, Kathy, Wayne, and Laura Hall have all appeared on the Drew Carey show
8. Karen and Josie are the only female performers to appear in both versions of the show.

News and Updates for today

Hey everyone, thought I might just give some news.


Qi starts on Sept. 9th, one of my favorite shows because I'm a smart Ass.  Also it includes Sandi Toksvig, whom is one of my favorites.  The episode is called "I Spy" and I shall watch it as soon as it hits YouTube.
This will be a fun episode right?  I wonder if the cast will wear something.  But then again it might sound a little like the "E" series episode espionage.  Wonder if they will reuse Allen's buzzer? 


Now that I got that out of the way...


For those who didn't follow twitter, all IAG fans have banded together against the wretched GSN.  I never heard of Baggage, Lingo, or any supposed more popular shows.  Yet they kick the wonderful GSN to the curb. This is bigger than any of those shows.  Drew Carey sure as hell doesn't need a network who lets down his fans, and I hope Comedy Central picks up this show. 
By the way?  Isn't GSN suffering from "Low ratings" themselves? Were they hoping that IAG will become the next Survivor?  No, this is a GAME SHOW NETWORK!!  Why watch that when there are Game shows on networks were I don't have to pay a cable company?


So all Twiiter people, join the wonderful ImprovAGanzaArmy, tend it.  You know with the little hashthings(#).  Let us prove to GSN that IAG is a lot better that the second rate stuff they renewed.

Isn't this sweet?  Yep GSN kicked this to the curb.

Okay, I think I made that point clear.  No other notable news, be sure to watch Worlds Dumbest on Thursday.  Because of what GSN did, other great comedy shows will be gone as well.  Then I shall have nothing to complain about.

Helping Hands- Why did they add props?

The HH were Ryan eats dirt, correctly portrays what HHs ended up as.

Helping hands is one of my favorite games, nothing says fun like getting a 42 year old man to eat dirt.


However, according to us state side folks, Helping hands was first played, without props in episode 3x01 with all four players.  However, the more common 3 player format was seen 2 episodes later.


It was cut out in the American broadcast, well I'll tell you this.  Because of the lack of props, the person doing the hands well have to resort to some, well you'll see.

After a great game of News Report, Clive introduces Helping Hands, Sandi looks ready.

Ignore Mike, he doesn't play in this game.  Jim and Paul does, and so does Sandi.  See, She is going to be the one doing Jim's hands.  For those who only watched the CC broadcast, this is new to you.

As you can notice that Jim is standing by the step so that Sandi can  reach his midsection.

Paul's lovey expression never really changes, no matter what Sandi does.  This is one of my favorite pre-prop playings of Helping hands, well we go this one and a comb.

As you can see, Sandi is ready to start some mischief.  Like I said, this will focus on her and Jim's reaction.  You can focus on Paul, but his bright, smiling face doesn't really change.

No props, but Paul slowly turns into one later.  

One thing that I love is the fact that Sandi's arms are so small, and she's wearing purple, to contrast what Jim is wearing.  Also add the fact that she is wearing nailpolish, and you can see why the included jackets to match. 

Jim plays along and allows Sandi to tug on his ear. 

The problem with this one is Sandi's size, Jim had to move around a lot just let her screw with him.  However, this gets to be really entertaining. 

Number one rule, head for the pockets.  Paul's face has yet to change.

A little tidbit, because of the cameras or Jim and Sandi's placement, you can sometimes see the expression on Sandi's face.  Rare in latter games because Josie, Ryan, Colin, Greg, and Tony are around the same height.  This can become somewhat fun if viewed multiple times.

Being a doctor, you must pretend to look healthy.

Now, random piece of info, this is the only time a women has provided the hands.  Josie has been the person whose hands are being provided, but she has never done the hands.  Both her and Sandi, as well as Kathy G. and Caroline (I can't remember if Denny played in this game) has been the normal third person.

Funny part here, she spends quite a while playing with Jim's pockets

Yes, that is right.  I'm more surprised that the audience never noticed this. I'm surprised Youtubers didn't noticed this.

Paul becomes a prop, with the same expression as before too

Sandi has um, the ability to make the guys take there clothes off.  Kind of amusing if you know anything about Sandi.

One of the few "mouth in finger" tricks that goes well.

Paul kind of tries to keep his head away from her hands.  Yum, nailpolish...

Although he failed, you can just see the amusement in her eyes.

My favorite picture.  You can just guess what Sandi is thinking.

Right now, the end is coming, you are thinking about Paul opening up his shirt, Sandi just having fun, and Jim trying to possibly fit all of this as a reasonable way a doctor should act.  Now, this game is about to go of the rails, into a ditch and get set on fire. Sandi's big o'smile made me laugh so hard, that is yet another hidden gem in this game.

Sandi goes for the belt peoples!  Yes people that is the reason they added props and Sandi no longer does the hands.  If not Ryan would probably be on air completely naked.  What a close up on the damages?

This is the signal for Clive to just mash that buzzer.

Funny gem, Sandi holds her position, and you can here Clive telling her "Off, off, off!"

So as an experiment, how was that?  That is right, you are being used right now.  I will do this with IAG games, but those games are much longer than Helping Hands.  So for now, enjoy and comment and follow me on Twitter!
